Caisey Console Navigation

Where to find Machines, Chat, Shared links, Permissions, and Audit logs in the Caisey console.

The Caisey console is organized around the troubleshooting job: find the right device, start or resume a session, approve actions, then review or share the result.

Main areas

  • Machines: device inventory, client grouping, install state, and setup commands.
  • Chat: active and historical troubleshooting conversations.
  • Shared links: public transcript snapshots you can copy, refresh, or revoke.
  • Permissions: default rules and machine-specific approvals.
  • Audit log: workspace activity for review and support follow-up.

Where to find things

Machine list

On desktop, the machine list stays visible beside the session. On mobile, open it from the menu.

  • Use search to filter by machine name or client name.
  • Use client groups to narrow an MSP customer environment.
  • Check status before opening a chat.
  • Use Add machine when the endpoint is not enrolled yet.

Chat header

The chat header tells you which machine and session you are working in. It may also include:

  • connection status,
  • fast mode controls,
  • token allowance usage,
  • share controls,
  • feedback,
  • and account controls.

Operational pages

Use the lower navigation items when you are not focused on one prompt:

  • Audit log shows what happened across the workspace.
  • Shared links shows what is currently public.
  • Permissions controls what Caisey can do automatically.

Status meanings

  • Pending: setup or verification is not complete. Chat is disabled.
  • Ready: the endpoint can be selected for troubleshooting.
  • Offline: Caisey knows the device, but it is not currently reachable.
  • Removing: endpoint cleanup or control-plane deletion is in progress.

When in doubt, confirm the client group, machine name, and platform before starting work.
