The Visionary behind Caisey

Jeremy McMahan is obsessed with helping people. That's what led him to start his own MSP nearly ten years ago. Over and over he heard his friends complain about the struggles they had with tech in their businesses.

Jeremy couldn't stand by and let them struggle while his 30+ years of experience could help them transform their businesses. So he acted. He started McMahan Tech, an MSP determined to transform the tech struggles of businesses on the Olympic Peninsula into tech triumphs!

After more than 8 years of exemplary service through tireless sacrifice, 7 days a week, usually 365 days a year, and often well into the night (MSP owners know how that goes), Jeremy began to wonder when and how this new AI revolution was actually going to help MSPs get real work done. The answer he and a member of his staff cooked up was the first version of Caisey, an AI troubleshooting assistant that runs on the device, with the context to actually get stuff done.

Jeremy founded Zelek, a company built around bridging the gap between what software should be and what it is. He built Caisey because he loves helping people, and tech is his best way to do it. Jeremy doesn't believe AI is a replacement for people. It's a tool that can supercharge their skills and their passion, so they can help way more people and build better, more successful businesses. He hates that so much of the AI rhetoric is crushing the little guy, leaving small businesses and small MSPs feeling like they're about to be made obsolete or outcompeted.
