How agents can use Caisey today
Agents can read the public product, documentation, and pricing without an account. The console still requires a person to sign in. There is no agent account yet.

- llms-full.txt: Full product, docs, and pricing text, generated from the same sources as the public pages.
- Canonical site: Public pages stay on https://helpforsupport.com.
Agent ID sign-inComing soon
Agent ID sign-in is coming soon. Agents cannot sign in on their own today.
Agent Personal planComing soon
A $5 per month Agent Personal plan is coming soon. It is not billed today. Caisey plans are Free at $0 forever, Basic at $5 per month, Family IT at $10 per month, and Business at $20 per technician per month. Agent Personal is separate from Basic.
MCP serverComing soon
An MCP server is coming soon, behind Clerk OAuth.
Business seats
On Business plans, an agent counts as a regular seat. Business is $20 per technician per month. Unlimited devices and usage subject to abuse guardrails, an organization workspace, pay-per-technician seats, priority support, and a 30-day trial. Caisey does not use per-device pricing. Business is $20 per technician per month and includes unlimited devices. Device count does not change the price.
